Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations will be handled for RajAirways services once commercial operations begin.

RajAirways is currently in a pre-launch phase and does not yet offer ticket sales or flight bookings. This Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out the principles that will apply once commercial operations and ticketing services commence. Specific fare rules and conditions will be provided at the time of booking and may vary by route, fare type, and promotional offer.

1. General Principles

  • Refunds and cancellations will be governed by the fare rules associated with each ticket.
  • Certain promotional or discounted fares may be non-refundable and may have limited change options.
  • All refund and cancellation requests must be made through official RajAirways channels or authorised partners.

2. Passenger-Initiated Cancellations

Once operations begin, if you choose to cancel your booking, eligibility for a refund will depend on the fare conditions and the time remaining before scheduled departure.

  • Cancellation fees may apply and will be deducted from any refundable amount.
  • Some fares may only be eligible for travel credit instead of a cash refund.
  • No-shows (failure to board without prior cancellation) may result in forfeiture of the entire fare.

3. Changes & Rebooking

Where permitted by the fare rules, you may be allowed to modify your travel date, time, or route by paying applicable change fees and any difference in fare.

4. Cancellations by RajAirways

In the event that RajAirways cancels a flight or makes significant schedule changes once operations begin, affected passengers will generally be offered one or more of the following options:

  • Rebooking on the next available RajAirways flight on the same route, at no additional cost.
  • Travel credit for future use with RajAirways, where applicable.
  • A refund, subject to applicable regulations and fare conditions.

5. Delays & Disruptions

Our approach to delays, missed connections, and other disruptions will comply with applicable aviation regulations and will be detailed in our Conditions of Carriage once operations commence.

6. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will typically be processed using the original method of payment used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.

7. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain charges such as convenience fees, service fees, or ancillary service fees (e.g. seat selection, baggage add-ons) may be non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Bookings via Third Parties

If you make a reservation through a travel agency, online travel portal, or another third party, that intermediary’s refund and cancellation policies may also apply. You may be required to contact them directly to process changes or refunds.

9. Policy Updates

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of booking will govern your specific ticket. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
